Today is better!
Today I am eating more healthy. But I had to run to the dentist to get a crown and could not eat and boy did i pay for not eating. I was tired and cranky! But hurried to make up for not eating earlier. To answer Nancy’s question: I actually eat healthy when I start but when I am in between food shopping I eat too much take out. Where I live it is hard to find grab and go quick healthy foods/snacks. So I venture outside of my community as often as possible.
Hey, Nancy! Do you have any tips for healthy snacking (snacks you recommend); I have a sweet tooth; I love chips and chocolate around my time of the month. I will be doing 40 mins of yoga today!
