Today is better!

Today I am eating more healthy. But I had to run to the dentist to get a crown and could not eat and boy did i pay for not eating. I was tired and cranky! But hurried to make up for not eating earlier. To answer Nancy’s question: I actually eat healthy when I start but when I am in between food shopping I eat too much take out. Where I live it is hard to find grab and go quick healthy foods/snacks. So I venture outside of my community as often as possible.
Hey, Nancy! Do you have any tips for healthy snacking (snacks you recommend); I have a sweet tooth; I love chips and chocolate around my time of the month. I will be doing 40 mins of yoga today!

I feel fat!

Everyone tells me i don’t look so big but i feel big! I used to be really skinny. I was 130 lbs at 5 ft 8 inches, my doctor would tell me to gain weight. Now I want to lose weight, I want to be around 145-150 lbs. anyone with tips to stop eating chinese takeout will be helpful! I bought take out today and didn’t finish it. I ate at least the portions for 2 people and I still had more than enough food left over. I have buyer’s remorse and eater’s remorse!
